So this is Taylor and I have never done this before, but I will do my best. Just so all of you know my dad is recovering and very sore, but he is doing all right. He (and the rest of us) are so thankful for all the support we are getting from everyone! The basketball portion of this blog is about my tournament. My team is doing great! During the regular season we went undefeated and had many other coaches and players tell us that we should be playing in a Super League (we were crushing every team that we played). At the end of the season we entered in an all-city tournament. We played games Monday, Tuesday, Friday and we will play two on Saturday (if we continue to win). So far we have won all of the games in the tournament and are in the semi-finals. My team and I want to win this so badly, most of us have played together for five years and have played in this exact tournament twice. We have never actually won the tournament though, so we are hoping that this is the year. Friday's game was vicious! =) Carra ended up bleeding, Mykal cried and ended up on the floor twice, Sadie sprained her ankle (but thought she broke it) and I got elbowed in the stomach a few times. Carra, Mykal, and Sadie all had four fouls along with about four girls on the other team. It was a very physical game. Alright now for the singing. So I am in the Choir at my school (the one that you had to try out for), and we have a music festival coming up. At this festival we will sing three songs for three or four judges. The judges will then grade us on our presence, how well we remember the words and our pitches, and our overall sound (I will let you know how we do later next week), but the reason I am telling you this is because the next night after we perform in the festival, we will be performing the songs for our family and friends. The concert is on Thursday March 13, at 7 pm. Everyone is invited to come but please don't feel like you have to, there will be other concerts that I will let you know about. Well I am very tired from my game so that is all I will say for now. I love you all and hope that I see you soon!

Congratulations, Taylor! Let us know how the tournament goes. Will you also let me know where you are singing Thursday night (address!)? I am so glad your Dad is doing better. We continue to pray for him.
I love you lots!!
