So Sorry, Gramps!!

The Duck fans at our house want to apologize to Gramps for creaming his alma mater!! We're really sorry, Gramps, but we just couldn't help ourselves. If it helps you feel any better, Heather got creamed, too. After playing two games in California in 107 degree heat, the poor girls had to ride a bus for two days to play in Montana at 7,000 feet elevation against the number 6 team IN THE COUNTRY! Where's the sense in that?? Keep in mind, these ladies are use to playing at nearly sea-level in a fairly moderate climate. But the worst may be over since they now have four home games - what a relief! Heather's little family got to go with her to Montana and they did have a fun time by all accounts. I'm delivering their new "manny" (Erik) tomorrow night and then I'm working at my old office in Eugene for two days. It was really fun when I worked there last week even though I had to spend a considerable amount of time afterwards with my back on a hard surface - the floor, the deck, etc. This old bod....... pitiful. By the way, Paul needs to tell everyone the story of his email being read on ESPN radio after the duck game (hint to Paul to post on the blog).
We sure love you guys!!
Mike & Michele

There was suppose to be another 0 in there, as in 7,000 feet. Sorry!
